How long does it take to get the ordered products ?
Normally we have all our offered products in stock and we can deliver direct after your sucessfull payment. In this case the delivery time is 4-5 workdays. Sometimes the delivery time can expand to 10 days when we have a lot of orders in back-log. At the end of the year ( after christmas ) the delivery time can expand up to 14 days. So please be sure that you order your products 7 days before christmas.
How can i use refunded money on my shop account ?
You can see your voucher balance under your shopping cart symbol. You can use this voucher balance when you checkout. On the site "Payment Information" you have to set a cross on the field " use credit ...". After this click on "continue" button. Now you can see the bill is reduced with your balance.
